Quick and Easy Red Glitter Nails Tutorial

Tools and materials:
- UV/LED nail lamp
- Protective fingerless gloves
- Shimmery red gel polish
- Gold glitter gel polish
- Detail brush
- Clear gel top coat
1. Paint your base red and cure
Start by painting a thin layer of the base color, a red shimmery shade. Then flash cure.
2. Paint gold toward the cuticle and cure
Next, paint the cuticle side of your nail with gold glitter gel.
Use a detail brush to adjust any of the larger flecks so that they are well spread out on that portion of the nail. Then flash cure.
3. Darken the tip and work on the transition
Next, darken the portion under the gold until the tips with the original, red shade.
Then use a detail brush to pick up more flecks to place on the transition between the red and gold. Then flash cure.
4. Apply a top coat
Next, apply a clear, top coat to the nail. Then cure for 1 minute.
