Here, I’m going to show you a glam hairstyle that is great for concerts or for just whenever you want to look a bit extra.

Let me show you what to do!

Tools and materials:

  • Hair elastics
  • Bobby pins
  • Straightening iron
  • Studded pearl stickers
Tying half ponytail

1. Tie half ponytail

Start by separating your hair down the center. Then, take a small section of hair on one side and tie a ponytail.

Twisting hair through hole

2. Twist through hole

Create a hole above the hair elastic and flip the ponytail through.

Tightening hair elastic

3. Tighten hair elastic

Then, tighten the hair elastic to bring it to the top of your head.

Tying half ponytail

4. Tie second half ponytail

Take another small section of hair, combine it with the first, and tie another half ponytail about an inch below the first one.

Twisting hair through hole

5. Twist through hole again

Once again, create a hole above the hair elastic, flip the ponytail through, and then tighten the hair elastic.

Creating bun

6. Create bun

Next, tie your hair into a ponytail, but only pull it a bit of the way through to make a bun. Pull on the bun to widen it.

Wrapping hair

7. Wrap hair around

Take the hair from the bottom and wrap it around the base of the bun. Secure it in place with a bobby pin.

Repeating

8. Repeat

Repeat on the other side of your head.

Curling hair

9. Curl hair

Take a straightening iron and use it to curl the hair on either side of your head.

Adding hair sticker

10. Add hair sticker

Down the middle, stick a studded hair sticker.

Alternatively, you could use a hair slide.

Here is the finished look, and I love all the different components.

We have the twists at the top on either side that are followed by a messy, wrapped bun. Down the center is a gorgeous studded hair accessory.
