This Rubber Band Look is SO CUTE and Simple to Follow
Here, I’m going to show you how to tie your hair with rubber bands.
Some people are scared away from rubber bands and think they are too fiddly to use, but the hairstyle I’m about to show you is super easy to achieve.
Tools and materials:
- Hair sectioning tool
- Hair elastics (in two colors)
1. Section hair
Use a hair sectioning tool to first part your hair in the center and then section off the front part on either side.
Clip the rest of the hair out of the way with a large clip.
2. Tie first section
Take a small section of hair close to your center part and tie it with an elastic.
3. Tie second section
Then separate a second section and tie it with a hair elastic in a different color to the first as we are using alternating colors.
Proceed to tie a third section next to that.
4. Repeat on other side
Repeat this on the other side of your head, so you have six sections in total.
5. Tie a second layer
Now take hair in between the two center elastics, and tie that together about an inch away from the front elastics.
6. Repeat on either side
Repeat this on either side of your head, tying an elastic behind the two side elastics.
