Sundays are for crafting with my nieces usually. Today is Sunday, so we decided to craft something easy & quick together. We made two quick DIYs & today I will show you the one. In my next blog post, you will see the second easy paper craft which I made with my other niece. They both are 6 & 7 years old. We enjoy 5 Minute Crafts For Kids so we decided to make one. DIY Girls Hair Clip is for my younger niece. I hope you will like this quick & easy tutorial for girls.

5 Minute Crafts For Kids | DIY Girls Hair Clip

Isn’t it a cute hair clip for a little girl? Pink is always super girly and also my niece’s fav color. So I decided to use this pink fur ribbon. As it is Valentine’s Day today, so it can relate to this day maybe?

Look at this! Here my niece is happy with her refashioned hair clip with fur ribbon. Let’s start making it now :)

You will need to have any blank hair clip, fur lace/ribbon, hot glue gun, scissors, and some button or rhinestone.

First cut some fur lace according to the size of the hairclip.

Apply hot glue gun on the clip & then paste the fur on clip firmly.

Paste the fur on both sides of the hair clip. After pasting, you can cut the excessive fur too.

I used some silver plastic lace as filler on the top side of the clip.

Ta-Da… It is ready now :) My niece is happy to have a new look of her hair clip. You can also see other hairbands crafted by me for my nieces HERE.

As you can see here we have used a hot glue gun, so do not let kids craft alone. You have to do such work by yourself. For kids use, you can also use UHU glue or E600 which is user friendly as compared to a hot glue gun.
