In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to braid your hair into a scarf for this fabulous spring look.

That’s right, we’ll be incorporating a scarf to make it part of the hairstyle. Let me show you what to do!

Tools and materials:

  • Hair elastics
  • Silk scarves
Tying hair into pigtails

1. Tie hair into pigtails

Divide your hair into two sections and tie up each with hair ties to create pigtails.

2. Braid in scarves

Now take two silk scarves, one for each side. Tuck the top part of the scarf under the hair elastic so it stays in place, and proceed to braid your hair with the scarf.

The scarves should be longer than your hair so that when you reach the bottom of the braid, there is still some scarf hanging down.

3. Tie at the top

Take the two ends of either scarf and tie them in a bow on the top of your head.

Here is the finished look. I love the little bow on the top of my head, it looks super stylish.

I also really like how my hair is neatly tied up without looking boring. The scarves incorporated into the braids look really beautiful in the back, and I think this is a really high-fashion look.
