I have been getting creative with synthetic plants and you must do this to your crocheted headbands.

This is such a great way to make your accessories look completely unique and interesting.

I love how this adds a little bit of a fairy aesthetic to your overall look.

Tools and materials:

  • Crocheting string
  • String of synthetic leaves
  • Crocheting needle
  • Scissors

1. Crochet your headband

Start by crocheting your headband. Use large stitches and create the headband to your desired style and measurements.

I think a twine-colored string is perfect for this project.

2. Thread in your greenery

Thread your greenery through the entire headband.

Use the string of synthetic leaves the way you would use any other string you were working into a project.

Threading greenery

Simply thread it in and out of the stitches of the headband.

Tying headband on

3. Tie it on

Tie your headband around your head to check the fit and admire your work. Great job!
