Easy Tutorial for Getting the Knotted Bun Look
This is an easy tutorial for getting the knotted bun look. I love these types of looks when you don’t need any fancy clips or accessories because the hair is the accessory.
It’s a fun and modern way to create a really fresh and dynamic look.
Tools and materials:
- Hair elastic
- Bobby pins
- Hairspray
1. Put back half your hair
Take the top section of your hair from one side of your head.
Pull it to the back and tie it with a hair elastic. This will be the base you tie the knot around.
2. Loop and knot the rest of your hair
Then take the top section from the other side of your head, wrap it over, under and around the first section.
Then loop it through itself to create a knot.
3. Secure and enjoy
Take a couple of bobby pins and push them through the knot in different areas to secure the knotted bun in place.
Spray it with hairspray to keep everything in place. Now you’re all done!
