Tools and materials:
- Black tote bag
- Thin black scarf
1. Tie a bow
Grab a thin, black scarf and tie it into an even bow.
2. Add safety pins
Attach a large safety pin on the back of the bow, in the center.
Attach the bow to the center, top of your black tote bag.
Then pin down each side of the bow with more safety pins so that the bow stays open.
Place the pins underneath the bow fabric so they won’t be visible.
