How to DIY Rosemary Water for Extreme Hair Growth Recipe
This is the ultimate rosemary water for hair growth recipe! Just follow along with my step-by-step tutorial to learn how to make some for yourself.
Tools and materials:
- Large cooking pot
- Distilled water
- Stovetop
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh peppermint
- Large spoon
- Strainer
- Large bowl
- Measuring cup or funnel
- Spray bottle
- Rosemary oil
- Peppermint oil
1. Add rosemary to distilled water
Start with a pot of clean, distilled cold water.
Then add about 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary and submerge them in the water.
2. Add peppermint
Next, add a handful of fresh peppermint, making sure to submerge it in the water.
3. Boil the mixture
Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Then let it simmer on low heat with the lid on for about 15 minutes.
4. Let it cool
Once that’s done, set aside the concoction to cool with the lid on for about 2 hours, or overnight.
5. Strain out the liquid
Once cool, strain the mixture into a bowl. You don’t want any particles in your rosemary water because that can cause it to spoil quickly.
6. Transfer
Pour this into a spray bottle with the help of a funnel or measuring cup.
7. Add essential oils and shake
Next, add about 10 drops of rosemary oil to the mixture.
Then, add roughly 10 drops of peppermint oil as well.
Then close the bottle and give it a good shake, since the oils won’t mix with water on their own.

On the video she sprays it on her hair and massages it in. Left it for around an hour and then shampoo with mild shampoo.
