It’s the summer, maybe you just finished working out and you’re just trying to get by in the middle of a heat wave!
Follow along to learn how to refresh dirty, sweaty gym hair in a few simple steps.
Tools and materials:
- Dry shampoo
- Hair dryer
- Wet hair brush
- Comb and claw clip (optional)
1. Use dry shampoo
Give your hair a good spray with your favorite dry shampoo, focusing it mainly at the roots.
2. Blowdry your hair
Flip your hair over and use a hairdryer to dry in the dry shampoo.
3. Brush your hair
Brush out your hair with a wet hair brush.
4. Style your hair
Next, style your hair as usual. I’m lifting sections of hair and backcombing by the roots for my go-to quick styling look.
Then I pulled my hair back with a claw clip for a simple, clean look.
