1. Overline your cupid’s bow
Start by lining your cupid’s bow.
The trick to overlining your lips nicely is to put more color and weight where you want the lips to look the fullest.
Go over your cupid’s bow and the top-most part of your lip several times until you get a thick and dark line.
2. Overline the bottom of your lip
Line the center of the bottom of your lip. This will help get that pouty look with the big bottom lip.
It’ll also help bring more attention to the curve of the top lift conjoined with the bottom lip, giving off the illusion of a heart shape.
3. Connect the top and bottom lip
Lightly line the rest of your lips to connect the cupid’s bow with the overlined bottom lip.
