4 Easy Tips for How to Paint Your Nails With the Opposite Hand

If, like me, you are right-handed, you’ll know that it can be a real pain to get a nice even finish when painting the nails on your left hand. Or if you’re left-handed, then vice-versa.
In this tutorial, I’m going to give you some top tips for how to paint your nails with the opposite hand. These tips will give you more confidence when painting the other hand as well as a great, clean finish.
Tools and materials:
- Nail polish
- Top coat
- Nail polish remover
- Q-tips
- Clean up brush
Tip 1 - Keep your hand still
Tip number one and most important tip I would say is to keep your other hand still and by placing it firmly on the table when painting your nails.
This will stop it from shaking, and it will allow you to paint your nails very easily and nicely.
If you try to paint your nails when your hand is up in the air, your hand is more likely to shake, and you won’t get a clean finish.
Tip 2 - Only put the polish on one side of the brush
The second tip is to only have polish on one side of the brush. Scrape off the other side so that you have nothing on one side, and on the other side, you have nail polish.
Tip 3 - Rotate your hand, not the brush
When I paint my nails, I keep the brush still and rotate my hand because this will allow you to be very precise and paint your nails easily. Do the same thing when you’re wrapping the tip.
You also want to apply the top coat in the same way by rotating your hand and not rotating the brush.
Tip 4 - Nail polish remover is your friend
Don’t be afraid to use nail polish remover, Q-tips, and a clean-up brush. They are your best friends when it comes to painting your non-dominant hand because they will allow you to clean up any mess.

I find I have the opposite problem to you. I have trouble painting my dominant right hand. I can paint my left hand quite well but when I need to paint my right (dominant) hand my left hand has less control and doesn’t do such a good job. Thanks for the tip about rotating the finger not the brush.
YES I WILL TRY YOUR SUGGESTION
GREAT JOB
