Quick, Cute, and Easy: Fringe Earrings

These basic fringe earrings are the perfect answer to any leftover fabric. They use so little but add so much! Plus, they’re super quick to make. If you have a few minutes, then you have enough time to make some adorable fringe earrings.
Tools and materials:
- Faux leather
- Chalk
- Scissors
- Paper
- Ruler
- Hole punch
- Ear wires
Make your pattern
Take a ruler and measure out your shape. You can make this as long or as short as you want or can, just make sure that your final result is the shape of a diamond. One side should be rounded and the other pointy.
Trace your pattern
Take your leather and lay it out flat, place your pattern on top of it. Use chalk to trace your pattern onto the leather and then cut out two identical pieces.
Make the fringe
Use a ruler and a knife to separate your faux leather into strips - remember that we’re making a fringe so make sure not to cut all the way through. Repeat this on both sides.
Finish the earrings
To finish the earrings use a hole punch to add a small hole on the top of your fabric and slip your ear wire into the hole.
This fringe earring tutorial is so easy and the result is so fun! I love how adjustable these are and how creative I can get with them. Mess around with different lengths and colors to really get the look that you love.
