Lipstick is a versatile product that you can enhance more than just your lips.

In fact, lipstick can replace your cheek and eye makeup. In this guide, I’ll share with you some lipstick hacks so you can get the most bang for your buck.

The products I'm using today are from the Look Fabulous Forever range, made specifically for mature skin. However, you can achieve the same results with any brand of product.

The lipstick I’m using is his soft plum. Let’s jump right into it.

Lipstick on lips

1. Using lipstick as a lipstick

This one’s a bit of a no-brainer. Just try not to get it on your teeth!

I chose a color that matches well with my dress. For this kind of makeup look, choose a color that’ll match well with your outfit and won’t look too bold on your face.

Pick a color you’ll be perfectly okay with using for a monochrome look.

Applying lipstick to cheeks

2. Using lipstick as blush

Glide the lipstick along your cheekbone, where you want your blush to sit.

Don’t put too much or you won’t be able to rub it in.

Applying lipstick to cheeks

Rub the blush in with the tips of your fingers. It only takes a minute, and it coordinates so well with your lips.

Applying lipstick as eyeshadow

3. Using lipstick as eyeshadow

Rub the lipstick directly on your fingers and then swipe it across your eyelid.

This soft plum color is very cool-toned, so it doesn’t look like you’ve been crying when you put it on your lids.

This minimal makeup look is great if you don’t like to carry loads of makeup around with you during the day.

You only have to take the lipstick with you, and you can touch up throughout the day as you need it.

The lipstick blends so nicely, which makes it an easy product with little muss or fuss.
