Super Easy 1-minute Hack for a Voluminous Ponytail
Hey guys! I'm so excited to share this voluminous ponytail hair hack with y'all.
If you’re looking for a fuller ponytail, then this hack is for you. Let’s get started with creating the perfect ponytail!
Tools and materials:
- Ponytail holder
1. Make a regular ponytail
Start by collecting your hair into a regular ponytail.
You can see that at this point it looks flat, but we’re going to change that!
2. Undo part of the ponytail holder and section the hair
Undo the last twist of the ponytail.
Twist the loose part of the elastic around your finger and then split your ponytail into two sections.
You should have a top and a bottom section of hair.
3. Tie the elastic
Now, tie the elastic around the bottom section of hair. This is what's going to give the added volume.
At this point, you should be left with just the top section of hair loose.
4. Tighten and flip
Tighten the bottom section by pulling the hair at the elastic to either side.
Then flip the top section over.
Look at all that volume! Can you believe we achieved this voluminous ponytail without teasing the hair or using any tools or extensions!?

Sorry but these directions are kind of confusing. I think what is trying to be done here I've seen done much simpler. Pull your hair up like you're going to put it into a pony. Now section it atop and a bottom. Put the top section into a pony holder. Now gather up the bottom section up to and including the top pony. Then put another pony holder around the top pony and the hair that you have gathered up. I hope that helps to clarify.
This tutorial is pretty self explanatory I will be trying!!!!
