Tie Your Rubberbands Together BEFORE Putting Them in Your Hair
Here, I’m going to show you a really unique hairstyle that involves tying your hair ties together before you put them in your hair.
Grab four hair ties - two for each side of your head - and let’s get started!
Tools and materials:
- Hair ties
1. Join two hair ties
Start by joining two hair ties together like so.
2. Add another one
Then add on a third.
3. Tie pigtail
Divide your hair down the center and tie a pigtail with the first hair tie of the chain.
4. Weave through second hair tie
Twist the second hair tie so that it forms two sections.
Then, weave your hair through the first section and again through the second section.
Depending on how big your hair tie is, you could even twist it a third time.
5. Tie bottom
Tie your hair off with the hair tie when you reach the bottom of your hair.
6. Pull on hair
Gently pull on your hair to make it more voluminous.
7. Repeat
Repeat the whole process on the other side of your hair.

Here is the finished look. I love how my hair is snaked in and out of the hair ties, creating a really fun, wiggly shape.
