Are your tall boots feeling floppy? Are they starting to get permanent creasing? Well, that’s because you’re storing them the wrong way!

Here, I’m going to share with you three tips for storing them that will keep them in perfect shape.

Floppy boots

Tools and materials:

  • Tall boots
  • Pool noodle
  • Scissors
  • Magazines
  • Bottles
Trimming pool noodle

1. Pool noddle

Trim a pool noodle to the size of your boots and just drop it in.

It supports the leather, keeps it in shape, and stops it from bending.

Magazines in boots

2. Magazines

If you’re old school like me and you still read magazines, grab a couple, roll them up, and drop them inside.

What’s great about this technique is that the magazines can expand in shape to really fit the boot.

Bottle in boots

3. Bottles

If you have some liquor bottles hanging around, you can just drop them in, and they will give you the same support.

Liquor in boots do you leave the booze in the bottle or drink it first??? I sometimes could use a drink before I struggle to pull them on...or pull them off of tired sore feet after wearing them all day!!! Any hacks for these problems.
