Today, we are going to be doing some hat hairstyles. These are so cute and so easy.

I have four different looks to share with you, by the end, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Tools and materials:

  • Hat
  • Hair ties
  • Hair elastics
  • Hair clip
  • Bobby pins
  • Hairbrush
Braided bun

Hairstyle 1: Braided bun

1. Tie ponytail

Start by brushing your hair to get rid of any knots. Then tie your hair back into a ponytail.

2. Braid hair

Go ahead and do a regular three-strand braid. Tie it off with a clear elastic when you reach the bottom.

3. Bring hair through hat

Take the braid, bring it up through the hat, and then drape it over.

Braided bun

4. Pull bun through hole

The braid makes a little bun under the hat.

You want to figure out where the braid meets your bun and then open up the braid and pull your bun through the opening.

5. Pull on sections

Pinch and pull the braid to even out the sections a little bit. You can tuck the ends into the hair tie or bobby pin them down.

Braided bun

I really like this hairstyle, but if you need to take off your hat, then this isn't a good hairstyle to wear since the bun goes over the back of the hat.

Hairstyle 2: Claw clip

Claw clip look

1. Pull hair through hat

Pull through a section of hair from the opening of your hat. Don’t pull out all of your hair, just pull it out a little bit to make a loop.

Claw clip look

2. Tie hair

Pinch and pull this bit of hair to make it a little fluffier, and then tie it with a hair tie.

3. Tie bottom of hair

Do the same thing with the bottom of your hair.

Style your hair as if you were about to tie a ponytail but don’t throw it all the way through so that you are left with a bun. Stretch the bun out.

4. Wrap the ends

Twist the ends and wrap them around the hair tie of the second bun. Then tuck the ends into the hair tie.

5. Scrunch up buns

Take the bottom bun and scrunch it up to that top bun

6. Add claw clip

Take the claw clip and place it on the bottom of the bun.

The clip creates a beautiful boho hairstyle - it's fun, it's cute, and it's sassy.

Hairstyle 3: Messy low bun

Messy low bun

1. Create a bun

Pull your hair into a ponytail but don’t pull it all the way through, so that you create a bun.

Messy low bun

2. Twist ends

Take the ends, split them into two, and twist them around your fingers.

3. Tie the twists

Bring the two ends up over your head and tie them with an elastic near the bottom.

Messy low bun

4. Make an opening

Take the two sections and twist them to form an opening.

5. Pull bun through opening

Then take the opening and pull it over your bun.

6. Twist ends around bun

Finish by tightening the ends. Then twist them around the bun and tuck them into your hair tie.

Messy low bun

This is one of my favorite ways to wear a low bun.

Hairstyle 4: Rope braid

Rope braid

1. Separate off hair

Bring your hair around to the side and split into two sections. Then split one of those sections into two.

Rope braid

2. Twist hair

Twist those sections around your fingers, away from your face.

Rope braid

3. Cross the two sections

Cross the back section over the front section, twist each one away from your face, and then cross the back section over the front section again.

Continue doing this all the way down, and then tie the ends off with a hair tie. You will know that you did it right if it doesn’t start to unravel once you tie it up.

Rope braid

4. Repeat

Repeat the same process with the other section of hair.

Rope braid

5. Pinch the braids

Pinch and pull the outsides of your rope braids and then the insides of the rope braids to make them nice and fluffy, and full.

Rope braid

6. Intertwine the braids

Now intertwine the braids by opening up one of the rope braids and pulling the other one through.

Continue to do this all the way down.

Rope braid

7. Combine braids

Take out the hair ties, combine the braids, and tie them with one hair tie.

Rope braid

8. Pinch the braids

Pinch and pull it a little bit more.

i like them all but think 1 and 3 are best for my hair . Unfortunately I have fine hair but with mousse in it I think I can pull it off.

    Thanks for sharing👍️
