Achieve the Old Money Look With This Hairstyle
Have you ever noticed how many “old money” people are very understated in their look?
Simple elegance isn’t always easy to achieve on a lower income.
This hairstyle though is smooth, classy and will make you look a million dollars.
Tools and materials:
- 3 two-pronged clips
1. Twist
Part your hair to one side.
Take a small section of hair from the thinner side and twist the top section around itself a few times.
2. Clip
Take the section behind your ear and hold it against your head.
Have a two-pronged clip ready to use.
Push the clip into your hair an inch or so above the end of the twist and angled forward.
Swivel the clip backward until it’s flat and push it into the twist until only the end is showing.
3. Front twist
Take a thicker section of hair from the other side of the parting.
Twist the first few inches backward.
Clip it into place against your head in the same way as before.
4. Front lift
Hold the top strands of hair from the front twist.
Tuck them inside the twist and push the clip in to hold them in place.

The finished style is cool and elegant from any angle. It gives you an effortlessly polished look that’s very classy.
I think this would look best on straight hair, but I’d love to see it on curly hair if you try it.
