Easy Blue Eye Makeup Look for a Festival
Try out this blue eye makeup look with me! This is the perfect festival makeup but there is no glitter in sight! Let’s get started.
Tools and materials:
- Assorted makeup brushes
- Shine control primer
- 2-in-1 foundation and concealer
- Beauty blender
- White eye pencil
- Metallic blue and green eyeshadows
- Concealer
- Loose pigment powder in a rose gold color
- False lashes
- Tweezers
- Brightening powder
- Bronzer
- Peach blush
- Subtle lip color
1. Prep your skin
Start by prepping your skin with a shine control primer.
2. Apply foundation/concealer
Use a beauty blender to apply a 2-in-1 foundation and concealer to your skin. This is great for longevity on a hot summer festival day!
3. Apply a white base
Apply a white base to your eyelids to ensure that the greens and blues pop.
4. Apply a mix of blue eyeshadows
Apply a deep metallic blue eyeshadow from the inner corners of the eyes until the middle.
Then follow with a lighter blue until the outer corners of the eyes.
5. Apply an aqua metallic color
Apply an aqua metallic color at your lower lash lines.
6. Create an almond shape
Join the colors at the outer corners, layering the aqua on the edge to create a soft, almond shape.
Make sure to clean up underneath your eyes with a tissue for a crisp finish.
7. Apply concealer
Appy a bit of concealer at the inner corners of your eyes.
8. Apply loose pigment powder
Apply loose pigment powder in a rose gold shade on top of the concealer.
9. Apply false lashes
For an extra touch of glam, apply false lashes.
10. Warm up the skin
Add brightening powder from your temples to your cheeks.
Then add bronzer to warm up the skin.
Now add peach blush to your cheeks and nose.
Add a subtle lip color and here’s the final look:
