1 Matching Set, 3 Ways to Wear It

I love matching sets because as is they are an easy option that just requires you putting on accessories (if needed) and a pair of shoes. However, they’re also great because you can pair the different pieces with things you already have in your wardrobe. Take this matching set from Express. It can be worn as is, or as you’ll see, I pair it with other things I already had. I also have the set in white (following my other rule that if you find something you like that fits well, get it in multiple colors).

First, wear the set as is…a tie front crop top with paperbag shorts. I then added brown braided sandals (a steal at $14) to finish off the look. This is a sexy look that can be elevated by wearing heeled sandals instead of flats.

Next, a super casual look pairing the shorts with a basic tee and matching platform sandals.

Last up, pair the shorts with a patterned top that picks up the color of the shorts and sandals. I’ve linked to some similar top options.
