Jcrew comfortable Willa blazer and t-shirt styling post!

As you know I recently bought a new Jcrew blazer and I am styling it multiple ways. Today I am showing how to style it with a white t-shirt and jeans.

This style is so fun and carefree.

It elevates jeans a t-shirt and yet keeps it simple and comfortable

White t-shirt and jeans

I am wearing a plain white t-shirt from Jcrew and some jeans from Ann Taylor. The jeans are from a few years ago and have held up so nicely.

The detail of the raw hem is what drew me to them. They are skinny jeans and the fit has been great. Here are some similar raw hem jeans.

Adding a belt

Just by adding a belt to the outfit creates and more finished look.

I remember many many years ago I took a modeling class as a young teen. The teacher taught us that you should spend a little more on your accessories.

I think maybe she was right. (Even though this crossbody backpack accessory is not very expensive it still looks good)

A nice leather belt and purse makes the outfit stand out a little bit.

Add color with scarf

You know I love me a nice soft scarf!

This is one I bought while traveling in Sorrento Italy. It has an ocean theme to it.

Coral and sea shells in red white and blue. It not only adds a little pop of color to the outfit but a softness around my neck.

Blazer and t-shirt styling

Now to add the finishing touch…a blazer! Adding a blazer to any outfit creates a polished look. You can dress it up or keep it casual like this outfit.

By wearing a blazer and keeping it open it creates a long lean line. It also gives the illusion that I have a waist because of the belt peaking through.

I feel thinner in the longer blazer style and that is a win for me!

Casual footwear

Because I will be running around in the outfit my white adidas sneakers are key.

The not only keep my feet comfortable but they look casual and comfortable.

I have owned them for over a year and have walked all over Italy in them. Because they are leather they clean up nicely.
