The Quilts are a Crazy Mix of Patterns and Fabrics…Cotton, Flannel, Velvet.
One Twin Size Quilt.
Lined with a 100% Cotton Sheet. Layered with 100% Cotton Batting.
The Inspiration Pattern – Boxy, Simple Lines. Easy to Sew Cropped Jacket.
Adelaide Woven Jacket Pattern – Amazon LINK.
No Pockets. No Buttons.
Let’s Try This. First, Cut out the Pattern Pieces.
Decide which sections of the Quilt will be the Front and Back of the Jacket.
Cutting the Front 2 Pieces. Can you see the batting and inside lining?
I know it’s a Bit Wild. But sometimes Wild is Good!
This portion of the Quilt will be the Sleeves. I’m loving the Faded Look.
Cutting the Sleeve pieces.
Now to Create the Jacket!
The Back.
The Back and Inset Sleeve.
I was most nervous about this part. But Slow and Steady Wins.
Love the Contrast of the Black Trim with the Faded Crazy Quilt Squares.
Trim on the Sleeves.
A True One-of-a-Kind!
Already Lined. I added Grosgrain Ribbon to cover the Inside Back Seam.
