Creating front section

Twisting hair

Creating second section

3. Create a second section

4. Twist the second section around the first

Pull the front twisted section over the second section.

Then, slowly wrap the second section around the first while twisting it with your finger.

Twisting hair

Twist and wrap down the length of the hair. You only need to twist for about as long as you want the crown to be.

Clipping hair

Clip away the twisted section for now.

5. Clip away the top half of hair

Gather all of the hair beneath the twisted section and just above the ear. Clip it out of the way for now.

Creating small section

6. Create a small section from the bottom half

Take a tiny section of hair from the remaining hair.

Combining sections

7. Tie together the twisted section and the bottom section

Combine the twisted section with that small section of hair to secure the braided crown to your head.
