I was over at the Target Dollar Spot and grabbed this super cute tote bag. We're gearing up for travel season, and you'll LOVE this easy plain bag update on a budget You can see more of my crazy creations here

You'll need a tote bag and an iron-on transfer of your choice. I grabbed this super cute butterfly from Dollar Tree! They have so many iron-ons to choose from!

You'll always want to read the iron-on instructions because they are not all created equal or the same.

This jewel iron on had me peel the backing off first and stick it to the tote bag where I wanted it to go.

I turned the iron on to the medium setting and began ironing with a little pressure for approximately 30 seconds.

Next, I turned the bag inside out and ironed the bag from the other side of where the transfer was.

I flipped it back out so it was right side out again and let it cool completely. Once it was cooled I carefully peeled off the adhesive paper. If the gems would have started peeling up, I would have stopped, placed it back down, repeated the process, and tried again.

Perfect and just in time for the travel season!
