In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to style a flower choker in your hair.

I love finding interesting and unique ways to use things, so of course, I wanted to use a choker necklace as a hair accessory.

I wasn’t sure beforehand whether it would work or not, but I tried it out, and I love the result, and you will too! Let me show you what to do.

Tools and materials:

  • Hair tie
  • Flower choker
Making ponytail

1. Make a ponytail

First, tie your hair into a ponytail.

Making a loop

2. Make a loop

Next, take a section of hair from the ponytail, loop it over the hair tie, and then pull it out.

Fanning loop

3. Fan out the loop

Now fan out the loop to make it wider and more voluminous.

Adding flower choker

4. Add the flower choker

Now place the flower choker on top of your ponytail, to the side of the loop.

Tie an imperfect bow and let the ends hang down.

Pulling hair out

5. Pull out hair

Finally, gently tug on your hair at the top of your head to make it a bit more loose.
