Mascara Hacks: How to Wear Blue Mascara
If you have mascara hacks on your mind, check out a different mascara shade with me! Try something new and you might be pleasantly surprised.
Black is probably most people’s favorite mascara shade. You can also go with a more subtle, brown mascara if you prefer.
The products I'm using today are from the Look Fabulous Forever range, made specifically for mature skin. However, you can achieve the same results with any brand of product.
Tools and materials:
- Mascara
- Eyeliner
- Eye shadow
- Eyelash curler
I’ve always been hesitant to try navy mascara, but today I’m feeling bold and I’ll show you the results.
First, I applied all of my regular, everyday makeup. Then I used a soft blue shade on my eyelids to compliment the mascara.
I also lined my lower lash line with an ocean blue shade of eyeliner.
I always use an eyelash curler before applying mascara to give my lashes a push.
Now it’s time to apply the navy mascara. I think it’s going to look really nice with the other blues.
I want to note that this shade of mascara is a really subtle blue. It’s not bright or loud. And here I am with this navy blue mascara look:
Mascara hacks
It’s easy enough to change up your makeup look slightly, just by trying a shade of mascara that you usually don’t wear. That’s my mascara hack for you today.
