Super Chic Hairstyle for Holiday Photos
I have a super chic hairstyle to share with you that will look perfect for holiday photos. Just follow along with this simple tutorial.
Tools and materials:
- 2 hair elastics
- Teasing comb
1. Make a braid on the side
Start a braid from one side of your part, adding in hair as you go to root it to your scalp.
Then continue as a regular, 3-strand braid, bringing it forward for easier braiding and tying it off at the end with a clear hair elastic.
2. Make a small ponytail
Comb the hair in the front on the other side of your part to smooth it and tie a small ponytail.
3. Wrap
Wrap the braid around the base of the ponytail until you’ve used up all the braid.
Tuck the end into the elastic of the ponytail or use some bobby pins to secure it.
4. Add volume
Pull the ponytail straight up and use a tease the hair with a comb to add volume.
Split the ponytail in half and bring each to either side. Now your chic hairstyle is complete:
