Winter White Into Spring
Winter is most definitely still here but Spring has been peeking through at times as we start to get closer to March here in the Midwest. Stores are putting out spring colors and styles and there are some great transition pieces to choose from. Colors are softer and brighter but still allow for layering in the middle-of-the-road days where a jacket is still very much needed to start and finish a day.
Love, love loving these high waisted flare leg white pants from Maurices. The fit is so good! These also come in short and tall as opposed to regular so it’s easier to get the perfect fit for us short girls or the tall gals as well. I ordered a size 2 short and they are perfect in wedges and I have some room for comfort
in the waist.
This plaid jacket is from Maurices as well. The color is a light lavender/mauvish tone that doesn’t pick up well on the website. Super pretty for Spring and pairs well with jeans or slacks.

This ribbed bodysuit is a great fit as well. I am usually a size xs at Maurices but I size up to a small in bodysuits due to a larger chest. This one provided plenty of room in the waist and is not to tight in the chest. This mauve color is also pretty and it does comes in a few color options.

Another style for the white pants…I tossed on a lavender sweater I picked up on sale at Vici and is no longer available but it’s precious.
