I enjoy using eco friendly products to create unique jewellery from so these Non edible nuts from Ecuador Palm tree makes super durable and tactile beads!

Tagua beads

I find two that seem similar kind of colour shape and size although as these are not identical is what makes them so unique and quirky.

Pink Tagua but beads

I thread a silver jump ring through the pre drilled holes using a little nifty pair of round nosed pliers. The pliers make it so easy to grip and twist the ring shut.

Adding extra jump ring

I also decide to add a smaller silver jump ring to enable the earrings to hang well and balance. I like to use good quality strong ones. I repeat the same on the other bead so both have two rings attached and securely closed.

Adding hooks

I like to use sterling silver ear hooks to prevent ear lobe irritation.

Again the round nosed pliers come in so handy to attach these hooks by gently prising the loop open and shut around the little jump ring. I repeat for other earrings and get presto a gorgeous new pretty pink pair of eco friendly earrings
