How to Get Beautiful Beach Waves 🌊
Do you want to learn how to get beautiful, beach waves for a cute, summer look? Follow along with my step-by-step tutorial.
Tools and materials:
- Heat protectant
- Claw clip
- Curling iron
- Texture spray
1. Apply heat protectant
Put a few pumps of heat protectant on your hand.
Then run it through all of your hair.
2. Wrap, loosen and repeat
Clip up the top portion of your hair.
Then, grab a section of hair that’s about 2” wide and wrap it around the barrel of a curling iron, once or twice, at the middle part of the strand.
Then loosen the clamp to twist the hair off slightly.
Next, wrap a lower portion of that section of hair around the barrel again, then loosen it.
Repeat this for the lowest part of this section of hair to finish this strand.
3. Repeat on the rest of the lower layer of hair
Use this method to make waves on the rest of your hair.
4. Repeat on the top layer of hair
Take out the clipped up hair and repeat the process for that top layer.
Trust the process! Your hair will probably look flat until you apply texture spray.
5. Apply texture spray
Lift up sections of waves and apply texture spray and run your fingers through the curls.
Then enjoy your beachy waves!
