Himalayan pink salt bath salts

1. Dry some orange peel

To make the dry orange peel, peel an orange, cut the peel up nice and fine, then dry them in a dehydrator or in the oven on low heat until they become crisp and hard.

Combining ingredients

2. Combine ingredients

Pour Himalayan salt into your glass until it is about ¾ of the way full.

Then, add in 1-2 tablespoons of almond oil (or use a funnel if it’s easier) and mix it through to ensure that it’s covering all the salt.

Almond oil is a light, natural oil that’s wonderful for moisturizing your skin.

Then add 1-3 tablespoons of orange peel. The oranges will release a beautifully fragrant and relaxing scent in the bath.

At this point, switch the ingredients to a bowl to make them easier to mix.

Essential oil

3: Add oils

Next, add about 20 drops of vitamin E oil. Add 15 drops of rosemary essential oil, 15 drops of eucalyptus, and then 5 drops of peppermint oil.

All these oils are incredible for relaxing our muscles. Now transfer the mixture back into the glass jar and it's all ready to go.

To use it all you need to do is just grab one scoop of this bath salt and pop it into the bath while it's running.

The oils in the salt will diffuse while the bath water is running. This bath soak is great for reducing stress and anxiety. It's also great for sore muscles and any fatigue that you may feel in your body.

Toner spray

1. Combine ingredients

Grab yourself a spray bottle and fill it up 3/4 of the way with filtered water.

Now add tea tree oil first which will act as an antiviral and antibacterial agent.

Then add 2 drops of peppermint oil and 1 drop of eucalyptus oil.

Once you’ve done that, pop the lid back on and then give it a good shake to combine all the oils in the water, and then it’s ready to go.

2. To use

To apply, give it a shake before use each time you use it. You can use it on your body and your face. It is perfect to use in the morning or before you go to bed at night.

Apply it before you put on any moisturizer as your skin will absorb it best that way and just gently rub it into your skin. It can also be used as an antibacterial hand sanitizer.

You could also even use it as a scalp treatment, it can help with things like dandruff, dermatitis, and eczema as the tea tree can help to kill bacteria on your skin.

Another option is to use it around your cuticles after you've had a manicure as a remedy for dry skin that may develop around those areas.
