Styling a Denim Dress for Summer and Beyond
It's still summer and I'm not ready to let go! It's my favorite season and I look forward to it all year. What's your favorite season? I love how easy summer dressing can be - just toss on a cute dress and some sandals and you're out the door. I love wearing dresses all year round though with some small adjustments. When I stumbled upon this dress from Amazon, I knew it was meant for me!
You guys!! I am literally in LOVE with this button down jean dress. It was such a great find from @lookbookstoredaily for under $40. It has stretch and is super comfy making it perfect for a summer BBQ! In fact, I'm wearing it tonight to a picnic at a friend's. 💕.
You can easily change up the look of this dress with a belt, different shoes. What about a button down shirt underneath to wear to work? I would definitely rock that if I still worked outside the home ;) .
So, what do you do when the temps cool? Because this dress is denim, I think it can be worn all year with some small adjustments. For that transitional weather, I would add a belt, a light cardigan and some suede booties.
