Transition Your Outfit To Spring By Changing Your Shoes!

What if I told you it's possible to take an outfit from cooler weather to spring just by simply changing out your shoes? The shoes you wear can make a major difference in the look of an outfit. Making a couple other minor changes can also have a big impact on your overall look.

I will show you two different outfits that can easily be transitioned into spring by making a minor change or two and switching out the shoes. For these looks, I am wearing the Marc Fisher Kristin sandals. The light nude is sold out but they are available in a gold metalic.

LOOK 1 - BLOUSE & JEANS

For the cooler weather look I paired this outfit with my go-to black booties to keep my feet warm. I also kept the jeans the full length so that my ankles are covered and do not get cold.

To transition this outfit to spring I switched out the boots for these black sandals and rolled the jeans into a small cuff at the botom. These two small changes make this outfit spring ready! The blouse is lightweight and breathable so you won't be too warm.

LOOK 2 - NEUTRAL DRESS

Once again for the cooler weather look I paired this dress with my black booties. I also added a pair of leggings underneath to keep my legs warm. Feel free to accessorize as you wish.

To transition this dress to spring, I removed the leggings and switched the boots for these strappy heels. I chose to match the dress and the heels but you can choose whichever color you'd like. Most neutrals will look good with other neutrals (white, tan, beige, black, etc).
