Cute and Fun Fall Hairstyle
You’ll need a few hair ties for this fun fall style, so choose a color you love. I think it looks best on slightly wavy hair.
It’s a great style for day or evening, so let’s do it together.
Tools and materials:
- Tail comb
- Hair ties
- Curling tongs (optional)
1. Section hair
Part your hair in the center.
Section off a small piece at the front and wrap a hair tie around it, about 2 inches from the roots.
Pull your hair tight.
2. Tie
Add another tie to the same section, 2 or 2.5 inches from the first one.
Continue adding three of four more ties the same distance apart down the length of your hair. Leave about 6 inches free at the end.
3. Thread
Section off a piece of hair behind the first one.
Push your thumb and index finger between the first and second ties and draw the new strand through the gap.
Continue drawing new strands through the sections between the hair ties.
Repeat on the other side of your head.
4. Half-up
Pick up both the wrapped sections and take them towards the back of your head.
Bring them together and put another hair tie around them both.

Wow! It’s such a pretty effect. There are so many ways you could decorate this. It would be fun to curl only the top section and leave the rest straight, too.
