DIY Golden Starfish Bra
You guys are going to be amazed by this DIY golden starfish bra. This is such a fun project and the finished product is gorgeous.
I will give you approximate measurements for the chains you will need to attach, but you might want to measure your body for your specific measurements.
Tools and materials:
- Hot glue gun
- 4-5 feet gold chain
- Necklace closure
- 6 jump rings
- Pliers
- Clippers
- Gold spray paint
1. Create your stars
Trace two starfish shapes onto some wax paper.
Use a hot glue gun and fill in both shapes. Leave it to dry.
When it’s done drying, peel them off.
2. Paint and mold
Spray paint the stars gold.
Put them on turned-over cups or bowls to mold the shape.
3. Attach the chains
Poke a small hole on the top tip of each star, the inner tips, and the outer tips of each star. Use pliers to attach the chains.
Attach a small 2–3-inch chain to the inner points of the stars.
Connect each end of a 3-foot-long chain to the top tip of each star.
Connect one 1.5-foot-long chain to one outer point of one star and another long chain to the outer point of the other star.
Attach one side of a closure to one end of the chain and the other piece of the closure to the other chain.
